Terms of Service
Effective November 3, 2026
The service
Content Engine is a private tool operated by Tusk Shells LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("the operator", "we"). It schedules and publishes content to social media accounts the operator owns or manages, and reports how that content performs. Only the operator's team can sign in. There are no public accounts, sign-ups or paid plans.
Who may use it
Only the operator's own team, and people the operator explicitly authorizes to act for its brands. By connecting an account you confirm that you own it or are authorized to manage it.
How connected accounts are used
- Content is published only on the operator's instruction: when it is scheduled on the dashboard, or through automation the operator set up and controls.
- Each post goes to the account it was created for. The app never posts to accounts that weren't connected for that brand.
- Posts into shared communities (for example a forum or group) are never automatic: each one waits for the operator's explicit approval.
- The app does not send spam or unsolicited messages, and it does not automate engagement such as likes, follows, comments or votes on other people's content.
- Where a platform asks for choices such as who can see a post, or whether it is branded content, the operator makes them for each post.
Your content
The operator keeps all rights to the content it publishes through the app, and is responsible for having the rights to it (including music and footage) and for making sure it follows each platform's rules. The app stores the content only to publish it and to show its history on the dashboard.
Platform terms
Using a platform through Content Engine also means agreeing to that platform's own terms and policies. In particular, by using the app's YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

- TikTok Terms of Service
- LinkedIn User Agreement

Data
How data is collected, used and deleted is explained in the Privacy Policy. You can revoke the app's access from each platform's settings at any time, and ask us to delete stored data.
Availability and changes
Platforms change their services and may limit or end access. We may change, pause or stop the app at any time. If posts are scheduled when that happens, they may not be published.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses caused by platforms, hosting providers or network failures.
Ending use
You can stop using the app at any time by disconnecting your accounts. Access may be withdrawn from anyone who breaks these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
Changes to these terms
We update this page and its effective date when the terms change. Material changes take effect only after they are posted here.
